KeyWe Split

Convenient deposit payment: No need to pay the full deposit in advance. Transparent and simple model: We manage deposits and prepaid rent up to 60,000 HKD. Total peace mind: Your landlord will receive the deposit payment within 2-4 banking days.

KeyWe Sure

KeyWe Sure is being developed in collaboration with insurance market players in Hong Kong to provide tenants with a smarter alternative to traditional cash deposits. Instead of tying up large sums of money, tenants will pay a setup fee and a monthly premium.

During the rental period, KeyWe Sure is designed to give landlords peace of mind by offering a deposit guarantee backed by insurance partners. From move‑in to move‑out, tenants remain covered without the need for a cash deposit. At the end of the tenancy, a move‑out settlement process will ensure that any outstanding obligations are handled transparently and fairly.
