Welcome to KeyWe. KeyWe is a trading name of Libratum Solutions Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance. All references to “KeyWe,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms of Service are references to Libratum Solutions Limited.

By accessing or using the KeyWe website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

KeyWe provides digital solutions to facilitate rental deposit arrangements, landlord protection services, and related financial tools. While KeyWe acts as a platform to connect users with partner lenders and service providers, all loan agreements and regulated financial contracts are entered into directly between the client and the licensed lender.

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information.

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

  • Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Hong Kong.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Use the platform to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

4. Disclaimers

  • KeyWe is not a licensed money lender. Loan agreements are executed directly between clients and partner lenders.

  • We make no guarantees regarding loan approval, terms, or outcomes.

  • Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • KeyWe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for using our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Data Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and share information.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
